"Top Fitness Southlake is the G.O.A.T. of the Fitness Equipment Suppliers. Back in June 2021, I took a faith step and executed my dream of opening a Personal Fitness Studio in Irving, TX. The next day, I was riding down Southlake Blvd and saw the Top Fitness Signage. Upon entering the store my first encounter was with Jennifer Koch. Instantly, I knew I was in the right place. Jennifer was hyper-friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and diligent in asked clarifying questions to ensure I was properly equipped to make an informed purchase decision. It was nearly two months later before I was ready to make my studio purchase, but Jennifer never gave up on me. She was persistent in cultivating our supplier/consumer relationship by remaining in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. During this process, I meet Dan Bell (Market Leader) who was extremely instrumental in helping me to visualize and achieve my dream space. He visited my space, alone with Jennifer, to get a feel of the space, take measurements, and discuss equipment options. Shortly thereafter, Dan emailed me a scaled diagram of my space based on our communication. He patiently made modifications, as per my request, until I was ready to pull the purchase trigger. I was adamant about purchasing commercial grade items, which at the time was not commonly stocked instore. I was excited to find that Dan possessed the expertise and knowledge to source equipment options that met and exceeded my expectations.
