"This was my first time going to a donation-only Goodwill. Normally I drop off at the Goodwill stores with a drive through donation area on the side. When I arrived at this location on Sunday, I could see three Goodwill staff inside. One of them made some hand gesture to me, but I didn't understand what he meant. So I opened my door and another staff member makes a gesture to me as if to say 'what do you want?' When I got out of the car, I asked him if I was supposed to drive around or something. He said with some attitude, "No, we close at 6pm." The time was 5:52pm, so I don't see what the problem was being that I only had one bag of clothing to drop off. What else do they have to do except throw it in a blue bin? After he took the bag out of the trunk, I politely said thank you and he replied with an insincere thank you. As I drove away, I looked backed and they turned off the neon "open" sign and were starting to lock the doors. It was now 5:53pm. Before the guy could lock the second door, another car pulled in to donate items, so he had to come out and get those. I imagine he gave the other donor a hard time too. This is not the first time I've seen Goodwill staff get attitude with donors. Time to find somewhere else to go."
