"Just moved in a month ago and have already had issues with management of the complex. Location is great but that’s about it. There is no privacy, gated community but the gate has been broken since I’ve moved here. Maintenance comes into apartment without prior notice, I’ve asked if I could be told beforehand as I live alone and felt uneasy about this, I was told “we don’t do that”, management gave me a covered parking spot only to change it without notice and give it to another new resident and move me to a spot even further away from my apartment building. Poor design inside apartment, opening drawers conflict with others as well as the dishwasher/oven. Not a good start.. signed a lease for a year and will be moving out as soon as I can!!!"
"I have lived here for 3 years. My son and his fiance as well as my daughter and grandchildren all live in the complex. I love the place. Love management (Alma) she is the best along with her assistant..The maintenance men are outstanding. They fix things sameday. I highly recommend this complex. Alma addresses issues promptly... Thank you for making our experiences amazing. Alma we all love you..."
"Location is great, I loved it. Management was ok, they answered when we needed them, sometimes took a while to send someone. We were there for 2 years and could've stayed more but they increased prices pretty much as high as a mortgage. Apartment was decent, it was a good start for us yet it sucked prices went up too much."
"These apartments are more than I expected them to be! Extremely satisfied with the apartment and how clean it was. Love, love, love the spacious living room and the beautiful granite counter tops. My move was made easier with the help of the management team that made me feel like I was already home. If you're looking for a great area in McAllen this is the place to be. You will not be disappointed!"
