"Alex and Melvin were awesome! Super personable. Got right to work. Made sure to ask us about anything they were unsure about. They were very careful with wrapping our fragile items too. I would 100% use their services again. Especially if Alex and Melvin are the crew. They’re a great asset to the team. I’m very happy with the service and price and would definitely use them again."
"These guys were great! Not only were they very friendly, but they also knew how to stack the boxes and furniture making sure that they optimize the space from the truck. This is the second time I have used them and if the time comes where I would need them again...well I will certainly reach out to them. They are not cheap but worth the value of the job done."
"I have to give a 3 star rating for this time. The crew that was sent over to do the move in was not as wonderful as the crew that did the move out. The timeliness was on point but the concern for the clients new floors didn't seem to be important as it was a struggle to have them lay something down as they moved the furniture back in. I was a little disappointed with this but did receive outstanding service from your office team-Chris Peterson! He was extremely responsive and helped me along the way! We will use this service again and hopefully we will receive the same from the original team which was Angel and Daniel!"
"Move went ok. The movers showed up on time and did the move in a timely manner. They had a newer worker, younger which slipped and fell while moving our $500 desk which made it unusable as the screws ripped out and not repairable. I made a claim with the office and they reimbursed me 150 which isnt even close to the cost. I sent them a link of the desk and office manager dismissed the link and said she found a desk for 208 so she felt 150 was fair. Just because you found a desk for 208 does not mean it was my desk and you werent present for the move and never saw the desk. Id highly recommend not to use them as I felt mislead. When I booked I was advised if anything broke Id be fully reimbursed up to 2,000 which was not the case. Not to mention the worker kept asking for bottles of water, I had no problem supplying but for them to ask was out of line if you ask me, showed a lack of professionalism."
