"This is the reality of these apartments. Run! Save your time and money. The pool has been closed the majority of the summer. Angie, at the front office has little to no customer service skills. Leasing office manager, Luis, could care less about the complex. The pictures tell you a lot about how these apartments are ran. The apartments are extra hot, because they have small swap coolers for each unit. They won’t do a thing to fix it. They want to charge you a $150 deposit plus $30 a month for window air conditioners. Run! *The maintenance crew are nice. UPDATE: That awkward moment when the apartments you live at discriminate against you, because you spoke up about their property. They hand picked who would be receiving a gift and who wouldn’t. Ruuuun guys! The reviews are just getting worst! Read the reviews before you rent here."
"Would not recommend. Apartments are old and falling apart, which poses a health risk. Most employees in the front desk are helpful, but there are a couple of employees that make it seem like it’s an inconvenience to help with whatever issue you are having. If someone else damages your apartment they charge you for it. I had an incident where landscaping broke my window and damaged the blinds. While that was all documented they didn’t bother disputing it and u had to pay for the blinds upon my move out."
"After 3 months, living at these apartments is ideal. Although a most necessary update to Refrigerated Air is Dire, leasing staff, manager & maintenance are excellent professionals with their duties. Work orders completed w/in 24hrs. And they care about residents."
"4 months in on a 9 month lease and they don't fix anything major. They busted the pipe in my tub trying to clear it. It flooded. Had a white substance coming from the carpet after the carpet cleaning. They didn't identify it or remove it. They basically expect you to have documented health problems from the apartment before they do anything. The complex is falling apart. I'm moving out and you should never expect to get your deposit back. They basically just sweep it under the rug. I'm never moving in to an apartment complex again. Save stress, time, money, and inconvenience by taking your business elsewhere."
