"*Edit: Since they’ve called me and left a voicemail rather than send a message back, I requested all communication to be written. I am waiting for their response. Additionally, there’s no resolution other than to provide a refund because now I do not even feel comfortable living within this community. ————— While the initial tour was great, the communication and lack of effort after that has been terrible. I have called and texted for days, trying to view the *actual* unit I would be renting, but no one has gotten back to me & at this point I feel like my request is being blatantly ignored. I made it clear that I do not want to sign a lease on a unit I have never laid my eyes on & I also said that to the agent during my tour. I definitely appreciate being shown a similar *floorplan*, but it is not the same as seeing the unit I will be paying for. It seems as if all communication was great until I mentioned the 6 weeks free (which was also miscommunicated about). Every time I called, I informed the property manager that I went through an agency and she assured the 6 weeks free would still apply even though my move would transpire after 1/31. However, any time I spoke to Christian, he seemed unsure. I told him that this came from his manager and he could go verify, so he said he would but SURPRISE! He didn't get back to me. Fast forward to today.... I'm sent a pre-filled lease (with terms I didn't even say I wanted) for an apartment I've never seen despite my requests. Oh and.... the agent didn't even ask me if I had a referral so I guarantee he was trying to take business away from the agency I used. Please refund my money."

"I’ve been here a week and already know I’m gonna resign for next year. The staff is so nice. But Anthony is literally the best! He goes above and beyond for the residents!! I can reach out to him at any time and he’s there. The Keegan is clean and quiet I love it."

"I have lived here for a year and half,the apartment is nice and peaceful, my only problem is the issue of parking,the apartment uses an app that allows random tow trucks just come into the complex and tow cars,the app allows you to register visitors cars but never tells you you have to renew the pass daily,I had a visitors car towed even after I put it in the system.This is horrible,the apartment should just make visitors parking spots,instead of making residents pay $370 to get their visitors car back. I will definately not be renewing my lease"

"Anthony was literally Heaven sent! He was such great help, he made my moving experience such a great and easy going one. I blind leased my apartment and relocated all the way from Florida without seeing my exact unit. Anthony didn’t hesitate to video call me to give me a tour and was very patient despite the poor connection on the call. He ensured the unit I selected was perfect for me and assisted me with the entire process being sure to reassure me when I was in doubt! I’ve been here for a month and some change and I still receive great treatment from Anthony, Christian and the entire team. The after treatment from the team a month later confirmed that their kindness was not an act to just collect another tenants money and move on to the next. The team at Keegan has truly been a blessing to me and I am truly grateful to have chosen this place for my first apartment. Thank you so much Anthony and the rest of the team! I am truly happy here"

"Just stopping through to give an updated review. I’ve been living here for about 9 months now. The inside of the apartments are nice and maintenance is responsive but it stops there. This is a new community that’s quickly going downhill. The breezeway of my building looks terrible with trash stains from people leaving their trash sitting on the pavement outside. People leave trash outside their door for days attracting insects and other creatures. It’s just nasty and it smells. I’ve called the leasing office multiple times about the issue to only get false promises of power washing the pavement. I mentioned this to them months ago and wasn’t even going to leave a review but it’s just unacceptable. Trash gets stacked up in mounds at the trash compactor. It’s nasty. I will most definitely not be renewing my lease here!"
