"Very comfortable and ideal location for anyone visiting Sugarland and surrounding areas. The family room had all the amenities for a week long stay. In addition there is a fully equipped gym, a coin laundromat, a very big parking lot etc. Special thanks to main desk contact Rohit who was very welcoming and extended helped whenever needed."

"First of all let me say check in was amazing location right off the highway so many restaurants everything around walking distance to some restaurants Drive to HEB 5 minutes rooms are very clean and big and comfortable. I would definitely say they might need to check the sleeper bed every once in awhile but not a huge issue. Customer service was great. Very friendly and Nice. We don't have a dog but they're very dog friendly my daughter loves dogs . And I'm with my mother which is 78 years old and my 11 year old daughter the accommodations were more than I could ever ask for also she's a smoker hotel is smokeless but they make sure there is smoke areas outside. 30 minutes away from our family I would definitely be choosing this hotel again. Or definitely a Hilton brand. Breakfast was also great plenty of options"

"Very nice and clean hotel with a great staff. However the breakfast eggs, the sausage and egg sandwich were lacking. But that’s just one man’s opinion. The room was comfortable and I slept well. Enjoy your stay."

"I made a reservation a week in advance to stay for 1 night. The cost was supposed to be a little over $100.00. In the end these guys charged me multiple times, and tried adding days to my stay without my permission after I'd already checked out. The total charges added up to around 700 dollars. After fighting with them about it over the phone they said they'd reverse the funds and only charge me for the one night I stayed. The ended up tying hundreds of dollars in limbo essentially while waiting for funds to be released. I'm still waiting for the funds to go back to my cards. The staff was also extremely rude at this location. I had to talk to the corporate line to get anything taken care of."

"Oh my goodness I may never stay anywhere else. This establishment is simply wonderful. From the inviting atmosphere of the lobby to Being greeted by Reeta, I felt like I was being greeted by family. Our suite is spacious and fully equipped with anything we needed. If you have the time I suggest trying breakfast. The coffee was hot, the juice was sweet and you get a variety of yummy choices! Thank you for such a Beautiful stay we will certainly be back!"
