"I am very thankful and pleased with the way Ms. Katy (Manager) and Ms.Jadira (Assistant Manager) are leading this community. I have lived here many years and have seen many improvements! I should also mention my satisfaction with the helpful leasing staff, Juliana and Ivan and the Amazing Jose and Pedro of Maintenance! "I love this apartment complex. The maintenance has been incredibly prompt including fixing all of our issues the same day as requested with the exception of when our AC broke in the summer(we were provided a temporary AC for our bedroom that made it acceptable) and a water leak in lower apartments which caused my water bill to cost around $100-$140 a month for a few months straight. I paid that with no complaints until fixed and was okay. At this moment what I am finding unacceptable is the fact that they gave us notice of apartment inspections on Sunday(which is a signed agreement I will not contest). However, in the e-mail I quote, "If this date doesn't work for you, reach out to our staff so we can make other arrangements." We called to make it on Tuesday or Wednesday which the associate my fiancée spoke to said would be no problem. We did not specify it was because she was scared of the idea of being alone with up to two men coming in while she was alone which sends her into a panic because of past experiences. However, less than 24 hours of the e-mail notice(3:42 on Sunday afternoon), with communication with the office, my fiancée was alone and sick in the apartment and they pounded on the door while she was home alone which sent her to an immediate panic attack while I was at work. Again, I would recommend this apartment to everyone. The apartments are clean and safe with no problems nor worry of car break-ins or package thieves but at this moment I am not feeling appreciated nor respected. I understand this complex has changed management and ownership very recently but there seems to be a gap in communication between management and staff that is quite worrisome. I have no doubts that will improve as time goes on but felt it had to be noted. I am not mad about the inspection, that is par for the course and completely within laws of Texas but this has led to trauma for my fiancée and stress for me that could have easily been avoided. I have yet to speak with management about this and plan to amend or delete my review after the conversation but at this moment my fiancée's fear and safety are my number one concerns."
