"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at Grand Fountain Apartments during my time as a resident. In the month of February 2023, I faced numerous issues with the maintenance of my apartment. The dishwasher and fridge were not working properly, the floors were consistently dirty, and the blinds emitted a foul odor. Despite raising multiple tickets with the management, these issues were never resolved during my six-month stay. Due to the persistent problems and lack of action from the management, I made the decision to vacate the apartment. However, I was shocked to discover that I was charged a leasing break fee and was also held responsible for all breakage bills. This is completely unacceptable as I had raised these issues with the management multiple times and they failed to address them in a timely manner. "Renter beware. My wife and first moved here back in July 2021, everything was great till about a couple of months in after our initial move in date and we slowly started seeing the true colors of the property. Rosie was at this property for along time I’m guessing until she got replaced be another manager named Karina. Karina was left to pick up the mess from Rosie and since then have been struggling to keep the place alive. We have countless work order not being fulfilled, there was actually one point in time when a bad storm came out of no where and caused our celling to start leaking. We made a work order it got done but all was done was a painting the ceiling and calling it a day. Couple of months later another bad storm rolled through, same thing happened again and we put another work order in. And it never got fixed. We finally moved out and found somewhere cheaper because we were paying $2100 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Then when we decided to move out we get charged extra hidden fees to move out. We had to pay for the carpets to be shampooed, plus other expenses. We tried to call sunridge management multiple times throughout our stay and they only answered once. Through the amount of hell we have been through here, please if you are thinking about staying here just go somewhere else. You’ll be better off if you did."
