"The complex is much smaller than the other Cortland communities and very quiet.  When you walk past a resident here they always smile and say hello, even if you’ve never met each other yet.  I love how there’s no balconies where people usually would store gym equipment or a million plants and junk. Instead everything is uniform and nicely kept. All the porch and carport lights the same color and turned on at the same time.  I really like how the units are grouped, two to a porch and my apartment’s layout is so awesome with the stairs leading up from the first floor inside, placing my unit’s space on the second floor (very unique) and has a beautiful, giant kitchen island with stainless steel  appliances. The bedroom is vey large with an offset space that has a built in granite desk and shelves. The walk in closet is so large it even has its own window. People that come to visit always comment on how nice and well kept the complex is, and how they love the layout of the unit.  Plus my unit, and many others, face smaller ponds which have water spouts and with the windows open it sounds like I’m on the water.  Very peaceful.  I can’t say enough about this complex and community. The staff here are very friendly and genuinely care about their residents. The Assistant Community Manager James Marmol is always very helpful and goes above and beyond to work with you. Always very pleasant with a smile, no matter what kind of days it’s been."
