7970 Grand Apartments

"Do you want to have your catalytic converter stollen from your apartment parking lot and the managers tell you too bad? Then by all means, move here. Do you want to have all four wheels stolen off of your truck from your apartment parking lot and, again, management does nothing? You should totally move here. Do you want to constantly see cars with broken windows, being keyed, and hear car alarms multiple times a day? You’ve found the right spot. Do you love having to watch for dog poop on the sidewalks every time you leave your apartment because no one cleans up after themselves? You’ll find that here! Are you looking for a closet where the shelves are too short so your clothes can’t fully hang and get wrinkled? This is the place for you. Do you want to have water pressure that is so pathetic it takes you double the time to do dishes/shower? You’re in luck! You’ll find that here! Do you want to spend hours cleaning on the day you finally move out only to find out that your “fully refundable deposit” was never actually fully refundable because, “The ‘other’ charge is the standard clean fee that all residents have to pay at move out. The pet treatment is done in all units after a move out that has had a pet.”? Then look no further. Do you want to hate your life because the apartment is the one of the most despicable places on earth and charges you out the wazoo because they’ve decided a pool that only works half the time makes them a luxury apartment? This is the place for you. If you can’t tell, we hated it here. Don’t waste your money. We all know the apartment is going to reply to this and say they’re so sorry that we feel this way and try to “justify” their actions but don’t listen to them. Listen to someone who paid them way too much money to live in an emotionally and financially stressful hell hole. And if you decide to ignore this, then just make sure you have car insurance. You’ll need it."

"I have read some of the reviews and I agree with some and strongly disagree with others. I completely agree that when Madonna was the manager this place was awful. I even thought of leaving the community. However, things have changed so much with Misty as the manager. I have been living at 7970 for about 3 years, and I must say I love it. I have felt welcomed and embraced by the vibrant community and the attentive staff. One of the standout features of 7970 is its impeccable maintenance and cleanliness. The grounds are always well-kept, and the maintenance request are promptly addressed, ensuring a comfortable living environment. What truly sets 7970 apart, however, is the sense of community fostered among residents. From organized events to spontaneous gatherings, there's a genuine camaraderie that makes living here feel like being part of a family. Lastly, the professionalism and friendliness of the manager Misty deserves a special mention. She goes above and beyond to ensure her residents needs are met and she's always available to assist with any inquiries or concerns."

"The team at the front office was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Beverly, Lauren, and Misty went above and beyond to ensure my daughters and I found a great apartment and everything went smoothly. Communications were seamless...I spent no time at all chasing anyone down for follow-up, my questions were met with complete and honest answers, and I just don't have enough great things to say! "It has been a great experience for me here at Grand Apartments. Great management team from Misty along with all staff members. The apartment is clean and modern. Gate with remote control feature is great. Great faucet in the kitchen. Plenty of parking space and quiet at night. I like to stay here longer but unfortunately having to move to different location. Really recommend anyone to stay here."
