"These apartments are in a great location & the grounds are kept up very nicely. I feel everyone that works here does a wonderful job. Timika will resolve any issues that need attention while smiling the whole time! John & Olivia also will always have the time to listen to concerns. The maintenance crew takes care of problems that arise by the next day. The apartment complex is around forty years old, but all in all, it’s a nice place to call “home”."

I've never had to wait more than a day for maintenance to come and fix something, and oftentimes they're at my door within hours of submitting a request. Safety is another aspect where they shine. "I am very satisfied with the environment and services here. The location is excellent, and shopping is very convenient. Everything feels great since I moved in, except for the extremely poor network coverage from T-Mobile. Of course, this is not a property issue. I am very satisfied with the staff here, especially Timika. She provided patient and detailed guidance throughout the check-in process. Thanks for everything here!"

"It’s true that the complex is of age and they make you pay for things that you do not used like a trash pickup, is also true that rent is a little excessive and goes up every year, but I would think that’s a corporate issue. That been said the complex is well maintain. I see maintenance employees cleaning up everyday and if you have an issue,they would come the same day or the day after to fix issue. I also like to compliment Tamika she is knowledgeable, respectful and answers all questions and issues you might have"
