"Scheduled an appointment, arrived early, and as we're going towards the office, the agent was leaving ( I'm guessing she had another showing). We waited outside for about 15 minutes & when she returned, there was no "Thank you for waiting or I apologize for the delay." We weren't even offered water and it was hot!The tour was ugh! She was dry, no smile , no enthusiasm, just boring. I can only imagine what it's like being a resident. First impressions are important and this definitely was a fail."
"Came to Sugarland, TX for the first time today and visited what I hope is to be my new apartment...and Leasing Consultant Caila Edwards was absolutely amazing!!!! She for all intents and purposes was my hostess and introduction to the Houston area/Sugarland and the hospitality was top tier. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my visit to the property was an efficient one as well as informative. As an out of state re-locater to any major city these days, I think we all go in with a certain amount of apprehension (Prices are up but service is low) but Caila was a superb professional in conveying the information and product and sincere in her hospitality and customer service. I will definitely be applying. Thank You so much Caila."
"You don't get what you pay for. In an apartment that is not upgraded, but i pay like it is. When I started living here it was 900. That was 2 years ago. Now that they have new owners, they think they can squeeze everybody for more money. With small fees thrown in at any chance Nothing rationalizes a 50% increase in that period of time!"
"This is my first event staying in this apartment.Very good place to get social with the neighbors and so so friendly staff.Always ready to help.I had an issue with my dryer and the maintainience guys helped so calmly to resolve the issue"
"I have really enjoyed living at the apartments the last few years but I have noticed the huge improvement since management changed. In particular, the apartment life team has been organizing a lot of really cool things for the residents. I love the latest gaming days they have had at the club house! It has given my son the opportunity to meet some more kids in our community. I personally can’t wait for ice cream truck day!"
