"Park is seriously need of a LOT of repairs .1 Sewage backing up from drains provided ro dump 2. rust colored water to the point its unusable destroyed a brand new water filtration system 3 The ran down and delapated trailers need to be removed asap as it looks terrible and pose a health risk to anyone near them 4. the trees are so low inside the park it makes it almost impossible to navigate with taller trailers. 5 cars parked everywhere in the roads, making it difficult to come or go with or without trailer. We were so disgusted with our visit this time. We paid for a month and left in 2 and a 1/2 weeks Due to the conditions of the park. The management slash, office personnel. Don't seem to care about what is going on in there. I would definitely not recommend this one. Unless you were OK was staying in a park that hasn't been updated since the 70s."

"This used to be a great park. Since Hurricane Harvey, it has changed management, and is absolutely falling apart. Think more "trailer park", and less RV park. Impossible to get ahold of anyone who works here if you have questions or problems. When you book online, shows most spots available, but 80% or more of the park is full of people living there, paying monthly"

"I have been here for months and Janet is one of the sweetest people I have met. The park is full of wonderful people and they are always adding new features. While I was there they had built a bb-Q pit and gazebo for the residents to use. The pool is open for the warm months and they are currently remodeling the shower house. Just loves this place and would come back again."

"Just moved my disabled brother in here last week and great experience so far! Lots of trees for shade in Texas summers. Well kept pool. $150 deposit held the space we chose for him. He is a permanent resident and it appears possibly all the residents are. Then when we arrived with the travel trailer and having no experience setting one up, Marco came to our assistance showing us what we needed and what to do. Seems like it will be a good little community for my brother."
