The Residency Suites - Sugar Land

"The rooms are great and include a microwave, refrigerator and cook top, large bed and couch. Bathroom amenities include a toothbrush and floss. Noise was an issue due to being on the first floor as you can hear the footsteps from upstairs neighbors and our second night someone was yelling very loudly and banging on floors/walls around 2am that woke us up. The doors also let in noise from the parking lot, likely from not being sealed well (small air gaps around trim). Thankfully we brought a white noise machine with us, otherwise, it would have been unbearable. The cost is great for the provided rooms but noise was definitely an issue."

"The motel is right next to Dominos and I had to sign two papers before getting our room keys. We were put upstairs and have to pull hard to lock door when we leave. We had a fridge , microwave , and two circles to cook on. Ice bucket with some cups and plastic bag to get ice. There was tooth brushes and some soap too. We didn't want anyone to enter room and put Do not Disturb sign on but cleaning still enter. I looked all over for worker for trash bag and office too. No one was in office sadly. later our room and bathroom had a lot of trash bags to bag ourselves , Thank you The Residency Suites. I love how big the shower was and how we had a sofa in the room too with a table. The room is very homey and I hope to visit Texas again soon and stay at this motel. There are cameras everywhere so I felt safe and security walking back and forth."

"The hotel is great. The rooms are nice. The property is well kept. The staff are very friendly. It’s very safe, I felt like I could leave my car unlocked and nothing would happen. I highly recommend"

"I had a pleasant stay at this motel, conveniently located near to halal dining options and grocery stores. The cleanliness of both the sheets and the bathroom was noteworthy. However, a couple of improvements that would enhance the experience include providing a hair dryer and a shower caddy to store shower essentials like shampoo and conditioner, as there was no suitable storage solution in the restroom, forcing us to place our items on the floor. No complimentary coffee, tea or drinking water was available in the room but the property had 2 vending machines for water/drinks and snacks. Disliked · Noise issue, One notable drawback of our stay was the noise levels, which allowed us to hear every sound, from our neighbors in the adjacent room to conversations outside our door. The worst was the noise of the cleaning service cart sound every time they passed by. Also the bed had a very loud creaking sound caused by its metal frame."
