"Unfortunately, this stay was my worst ever at a Best Western. The pillow cases, sheets and bed frame were covered in hair and dirty, there was trash on the floor, the toilet seat was not cleaned, and the water was only lukewarm in the shower, plus the water pressure was subpar. This presentation was not of a 3-star hotel. After voicing my complaints to the concierge, she suggested I send all of the pictures to her manager, who I have not heard back from. Poor service."
