"I don’t recommend living here. When I first moved in the leasing agent was so pleasant and helpful. The stairwells were clean it was just a nice property to drive into. I’m not sure if management has changed but it is not the same. The ladies that work in the office are not pleasant, horrible customer service it’s basically like they don’t want to work . They make you feel as if you are bothering them for asking a question. The manager Miguel I’ve tried to reach out to him on multiple occasions and can’t get in touch with him. I had an issue with the handicap parking spot . There was only one if front of my building 3301 and my mom whom I was carrying for at the time because she had brain surgery. I parked in that spot with my plaque visible and received a towe sticker , when I asked the ladies at the front why was the sticker on my truck they said because the handicap spot was under covered parking and someone was paying for the handicap spot. I asked where could I park because it’s only one handicap spot for that building I was it was handicap spots all over the property. So that let me know that the were not familiar with the ADA laws for handicap spots. When attempted to speak with Miguel I was unable to. For the price of this property people shouldn’t be treated the way that they are at this property ."

"Just moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom within Stella At Riverstone. Decided to stay here even when I wanted a bigger space because I love this community and all its amenities. Its quiet, peaceful, safe and beautiful."

"I resided here 2019-2020 and to this day regret extending my lease. I no longer reside in Houston— but out of all properties I’ve lived at in 7 cities/towns and states I have lived in, this is one of my top choices! Still have some friends who still reside on property— it’s that great! From management, maintenance, amenities and overall property. I even made a little video to share with friends from the time I lived there."

"The apartments themselves are really nice. The amenities are always broken for weeks or months. The pool wasn’t available for months in the summer. Their printer has been down for weeks. We had safety issues. We’ve had problems with our neighbor being loud in the middle of the night every day and communicated our frustration and absolutely nothing has been done."
