"My experience since my last review is terrible all because of the current Property Manager who refuses to work with me when I have informed her that I am struggling and that I am still wanting to pay rent even though it will be late. I have informed her and the staff well in advance. The Assistant Manager has been very responsive with helping me as much as possible and actually told me that would be okay. His boss the Property Manager comes back afterwards and says disregard what he said and says that I want the unit back and that I and my 6 year old daughter have to leave. Even at eviction hearing she said the same thing after I pleaded for leniency and said that I am willing to pay and make arrangements. She is very cold and heartless I pray that GOD measure her by the way she has measured me and my daughter. For future residents please do not ever be late or fall on tough times because the Property Manager does not care and she will evict you anyway."
"I have had very good experiences and services at Prose District West. Maintenance service was very helpful, fast, and professional. The office people are very organized and professional. They also stay on top of any issues that arise. This is a beautiful place to live and peaceful."
"Love our new apartment complex! It’s is very clean and quiet. Staff is amazing. We recently had an issue with our AC and Pablo came to the rescue right after we called and fixed it within a couple minutes! Thank you Pablo!"
"I waited to give a review until I was moved in and got a feel for the complex and apartment as a whole. I can’t say enough how much I love the complex, It’s beautiful and the staff is so nice and patient! You can tell they care from the moment you apply until well after you move In. My unit was beautiful, clean and I’m so happy here. I’m grateful for the staff: Brittany, Jose and Norma. I really appreciate all of you!"
