"We've been residing at Telfair Lofts for a while now and I must say, it's been an incredible experience for our family. The amenities here are top-notch. I love the well-equipped gym and having the beautiful lake out front for morning and evening walks. What truly sets Telfair Lofts apart, however, is the exceptional service from the front office. The ladies, Jordan and Emily are friendly and professional. Loft Manager Gabby is always willing to help and organizes the best holiday parties. James, manager goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you're a priority. The community here is family oriented and welcoming, making it a wonderful place to call home. We are grateful for the attentive service, the amenities, and the overall quality of life that Telfair Lofts provides. "I'd like to take the time to highlight two exceptional leasing agents at Telfair Lofts. First, Ms. Roman. Ms. Roman is an absolute pleasure whenever I walk into the leasing office. She is always kind, friendly and greets me with a warm smile. Anytime I've ever needed help with anything, whether in person or over the phone, she always got the job done quickly and professionally. She's the ideal leasing agent for any resident needing quick assistance or information. Second, I'd like to recognize Ms. Jordyn. She is a vibrant, hip, young professional that always provides first-class customer service and is always willing to assist with a bright smile. She never comes off as "being bothered" when asked to provide information or assistance with any matter. The kind of service that Ms. Roman and Ms. Jordyn provide goes a long way with residents and one of the reasons I renewed my lease. "I’ve been living in Houston for about 6 years and have resided in several different apartments. Telfair lofts is by far the best experience I have had. "Our experience at Telfair Loft was mixed during our stay. Positives: 1. The building is consistently clean, thanks to the dedicated groundskeepers. They truly are an exceptional team. 2. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the southwest freeway and Costco. 3. There's a lovely walking park right in front of the building. (Only can used during cool days) 4. The trash collection team is consistently on point and punctual. Negatives: 1. Elevators often experience extended downtime, sometimes taking weeks to repair. This can be frustrating, especially when you need to carry groceries up the stairs. 2. Recreation areas have limited accessibility due to late opening hours. You may need to walk around the entire building to access lockers. This also affects access to the coffee area because doors are always locked, seems more suitable for the staff. 3. The walls are quite thin, making it possible to hear your neighbors' conversations and even toilet flushes. 4. While the building feels secure, it would be beneficial if they implemented a code system for delivery personnel to access the front office door to gain access to the elevators, i constantly had to collect food from delivery drivers downstairs. 5. The gym and pool are often crowded with non-tenants. It's particularly noticeable with large family and friend groups who don't reside in the building. 6. Lastly, Telfair management deducted funds from our deposit, claiming they had to paint and repair cupboards, despite us leaving everything in the same condition as when we moved in. (we only stayed for 6 months). We even have video evidence to support our claim. Overall, Telfair Loft has its merits but also some significant room for improvement."

"Warm and friendly environment. Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to take care of the tenants’ needs. Outdoor cabanas and kitchen so nice feature. Interior of loft is spacious and kitchen is modern. Great place to live!"
