"I have been very happy with my move to Echelon on 99! Everyone in the leasing office was so helpful and so friendly! The move in process was so very quick and easy thanks to Loronzo! Morgan, the manager, made me feel so welcomed and really cares about this place and the residents. Her and her team plan all sorts of fun community events each month. Whenever I have needed maintenance help, they also have been really quick to resolve the issue and have been extra helpful. Darian, the service manager, has been very gracious to help me out, even with little things, such as when I cut my finger and needed a band aid! He rushed over to help me so I've experienced maintenance going the extra mile for residents. The luxury pool is beautiful and clean. I also love how pet friendly this community is. My dogs are very happy here. The location is great and there are a ton of good restaurants and tons of shopping very close by. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, not just because of the amenities and location, but especially because of the time and care the leasing office puts in to everything they do. I feel truly welcomed and happy as a resident here!"
