Granary Flats

"Absolutely the worst apartments i have ever lived in. Constantly calling the front office and getting no response. When we first moved in we had water leak damage on our wall. Never to be fixed. Then we had been assigned the wrong mailbox. Then we got a garage and when we went to get the keys the other person had still had them. This is the most unprofessional establishment i have been to. I recently had new neighbors move upstairs and they have been incredibly loud. With a toddler constantly throwing things off their balcony into our backyard while also sounding like they are dropping bowling bowls all day long. I have made multiple complaints to the front office and no response back. Therefore i called the police and had a noise complaint last night. Then this morning i wake up to my boyfriend’s truck being broken into and now we know there is NO CAMERAS around the apartments, yet some reason we still are charged for multiple fees including a security fee. I have never seen a security guard around the building and if there was one, we could’ve avoided this whole situation. This also might be because the gates are constantly broken staying open all night long for multiple days allowing anyone to come into the gate including the person who did this. I am very unhappy with my residence here."

"I’ve been a resident here for over a year, and I am very please with the apartment, the facilities, and the management. Lisa and Melissa are warm, welcoming, and very helpful! In addition, anytime I need maintenance work, it is taken care of promptly (within 24hours). The lounge, game room, and pool area are always clean and great places to hang out. I am specially thankful to have such an equipped gym as it has saved me from having to get a gym membership! However, my most favorite part of the facility are the study rooms! I spend a lot of my hours there….sometimes studying, sometimes using it as a quiet get away to just read and relax. Before we signed on with Granary Flats, we looked at all the other complexes in the area. I’m so happy that we decided to come here. If you’re looking for a place to rent….i HIGHLY recommend Granary Flats! You will love to make this place your home!"

"I love the great management here, specifically Ms Melissa! She’s very polite and understanding. I also had a problem with my sink and within the same day it was fixed! I love the dedication and respect she has for her job and residents! I’ve had great experience living here at Granary Flats!"

"This particular location is great from what was showcased. Overlooking the freeway sits a shopping strip with an array of business, specs being one I was excited about. The unit that was showcased to us was very spacious. The highlights for me were the equal room sized, massive storage spaces, wine coolers, and Balcony. Amenities were great too. Pool, gym area, reserved quiet rooms, and a swimming pool Last thing to mention. The young lady that showed us did a phenomenal job. Stephanie, thank you so much. She answered all our question and gave us a real tour while explaining what the location has to offer. If you all are considering this place please request her by name."

"Moving across the country and finding a good home was a very difficult transition but Lisa, Theresa and Andrew helped make it into an exciting & memorable experience! They were so insightful and patient throughout the move-in process. They treated me with absolute care and respect— I am forever grateful that they were apart of my journey. (For future residents) To be completely transparent, the only thing I haven’t gotten used to, is the lack of unreserved parking for my particular building. I usually have to walk pretty far which isn’t ideal at night. But I have had the pleasure of meeting a few neighbors and everyone is so friendly. There was resident bunch in the lounge and it was nice seeing so many people involved. I put in a maintenance request for my kitchen exhaust and the man came within hours. I’m always out on my balcony or down in the cabanas enjoying the pool area. Every amenity is so clean and luxurious, sometimes I feel like I reside in a resort. The unit I was put in, especially, is beautiful and I love coming home everyday!"
