"If you just love the scent of weed, the thrilling experience of car crashes on the property, the poolside entertainment of brawls, never-ending loud parties, and the joy of navigating through dog poop, then, without a doubt, H E L L at Bellaire is your dream home! The management's brilliant problem-solving skills are summed up as, “I'm clueless” accompanied by a flood of empty threats in your inbox almost every week. Oh, and your lovely neighbors will warmly welcome you by puffing smoke right at your door. Living on the first floor guarantees you a fabulous time with the upstairs neighbors, who graciously remind you that it's your fault for choosing that floor. And when it comes to urgency, don't hold your breath! The manager, Andrea, took a staggering 60 days to respond to me, conveniently timed just as we were moving out to fix her mistake. Her reason? “It was in my drafts for 60 days.” How adorable! If managing emails is such a daunting task, then handling people's living situations must be rocket science. But hey, surviving 15 months here just means you can survive anything! Consider yourself warned!! This is the farthest thing from luxury living! They really accept anyone as a tenant!!"

"I would like to recognize the girls at Haven at Bellaire. Andrea, Sarah, and Adriana have met every need as a tenant that I could expect and have maintained the utmost professionalism. I'd like to thank them personally for making my living experience here an enjoyable one. They keep on top of the facility and If there is ever anything that I need they tend to the matters efficiently! They go above and beyond to make the Haven at Bellaire the optimal living atmosphere and If you are looking to move to this side of town I would highly recommend this apartment complex for the customer service itself not to mention the units are nice and fairly priced."

"In the beginning I liked the complex but it’s been 4 months an I’m ready for my lease to be over. These apartments are way overpriced the exterior is too dirty I’m always greeted with some kind of bug ranging from wasp, spiders and more when walking the hallways. There’s barely any parking for residents near their complex. It’s very annoying and inconvenient. For the price of the apartment I expect everything to be flawless/spotless"

"I am writing this review after living here for 1.5 years and honestly it is one of the best places to live. Actually I am not that type of people who gives his review from the first day, especially for apartment complex because all of them are nice and kind when u step in for the first time, but they change after signing the lease. Haven at Bellaire is an exclusion and our experience with them has been very good since we moved in in May 2021 for the following reasons: 1) Safe place: Safe and secure place, we never had anything stolen or missed. No car damages and no packages lost. 2) Fast and professional maintenance: Maintenance is excellent, we had our AC not working one night in last summer, we called and reported maintenance issue, the very next morning it was fixed. 3) Good and cooperative team: The staff in the leasing office are professional and helpful. Thumbs up for Alicia for being super helpful when we decided to transfer from one to two bedroom apartment, not forgetting the manager, Aurora who helped us with that as well. 4) Quiet and Safe Neighborhood."

"This place is awesome! Great location, good amenities, and modernized living spaces. On top of the things, one would look for in an apartment the staff is incredibly helpful and delightful to work with. I walked into Haven at Bellaire with expectations, and they were surprisingly exceeded. Alicia McKee made my decision to move here simple! You see, for me the things listed above are bonuses! Customer service on the other hand is invaluable! Not only did Alicia have the keys to my apartment in my hands within 24 hours of walking into her office. She gave me confidence knowing that I would be in good hands as a tenant at this facility simply by carrying herself with the utmost professionalism and for that I am thankful!"
