"Came in to tour apartments and Keisha G. helped us out and was a true gem the entire time! Had so much fun touring and chatting with her. She was able to answer all of my questions and was such a pleasure. The apartment complex is very clean and the apartments are lovely!"

"These apartments are spacious and beautiful. Mary was a pleasure! She was so attentive and detailed :) ! When we got there max we waited was 15 minutes because unfortunately the other workers were not attentive. Although Mary was occupied when we got there, she attended us fast and made us feel welcomed. It started to rain and she even brought us our umbrellas to continue the tour. She out did herself and we thank her once again for her kindness."

The apartments were gorgeous on the inside and Mark was very knowledgeable about the community. They were a little above my price range but I would highly recommend if you’re looking for the Katy/Richmond area."

"Recently checked out a new complex along Westpark in Katy, TX. Very stylish and up to date furnishings and appliances except for these weird paintings in the lobby entry way which look like the artist was in quite a hurry and made sure there was a brush stroke plus a pop of color then done. Besides that the grounds were spectacular and very spacious. What made my tour extra special though was the staff. The manager, Priscilla Castillo, was so kind and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She didn’t make me fee rushed or pressured. I could tell she really cared. Highly recommend checking out this complex if you are looking to move out west to the Katy area."
