"this is a wonderful place to live. I am so offended by the reviews of those who have written comments. These are people who are never happy with anything. They complain everywhere they go. That’s why they jump from Apartments to Apartments. If these apartments were that bad, why did they move in them in the first place, don’t believe what you read not everyone is telling you the truth I don’t get it the majority of people living in these apartments are section 8 under government assistance, and they got the nerves to complain when they don’t work and don’t want to work living on free handouts, when nothing is wrong with these people, what a shame to society This is not cool whatsoever. My parents lived in these apartments for many years and it has not changed. it’s still the same a great place to live and friendly environment."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! PLEASE READ YOUR RENTERS LAWS!! we had in written and vocally many on going problems with the health and safety of our apartment mold/leaks/door issue /utility leaks . They seem to not care or have urgency to fix things they are responsible for ! It’s been since January we’ve been reaching out to them still no answer …. But we were late on rent and quick to send notice all they care about is money and not worried about the health and safety of their tenants…. Unbelievable we have been getting sick non stop and now more then ever which they seem to not understand… can we move out yes but due to our personal life moving is not an option and this is what we have to endure while we are staying here ."

"Not Bad at all. I've been a vendor here for a couple years . The buildings are a bit older but management does everything they can to keep it up and running. The prices for the units are fairly priced. especially for someone who is their first time living alone . I've seen people stay here for many years . Pretty much the same familiar faces from when I first start providing services here. I'm sure eventually the place will get renovated as to all older properties to stay ahead of the curb . Mrs Louisa Is great !!"

"Mold, bed bugs, roaches, drug dealers, broken windows, broken locks, missing oven rack. Do not rent here unless you absolutely have no choice, the manager doesn't care about this place one bit and If you request anything to be done, replaced or fixed, you may as well just spend your own money to do it. When my boyfriend moved in, the oven was missing its rack making it unusable, the toilet was covered in god only knows what, drawers weren't attached to anything just hanging in a hole so you couldn't put anything in them without it spilling out backwards. Not to mention the key lock to the door didn't do anything and you could actually just pull it out with your hand. Told the offices multiple times and they just brush it off, honestly the first time I went in there I didn't even realize she worked in the office because she was sitting behind a desk in booty shorts and a crop top letting her baby crawl around on the dirty floor. Then the real fun started back when Richmond flooded, the water breeched the apartment and caused tons of water damage and mold, but do they care? Nope. To top it all off there's nothing lining the door frames so there a huge gap to the outside for bugs galore to just walk right into your apartment. At night while fending off the bugs you get to have tons of fun listing to your neighbors domestic disputes or step outside and watch a tweaked out Mexican guy deal coke by the gas station. Don't bother with any positive reviews this place has, its just the people who work here and the landscaping guys posting them because the manger gives them extra cash if they post positive things on various websites, seriously one of them actually told me this. Now that he's trying to move out so we can live together they refused to do a conformation of residence form for our rental agency stating that its breaking his lease because he didn't give 30 days notice..........he hasn't moved yet and is still paying rent, all that form ask is if he lives there........... Honestly if they refuse to return his security deposit we're suing and reporting them for these deplorable conditions, no one should live in this hell hole."

"This place is awful! Everything falls apart and they take forever to forever to fix it. My water heater caught fire in middle of night, fire department said it was not well maintained and was very. Toxic mold was found growing in my unit and nothing was done. Leak in bathroom ceiling was never properly fixed . washers and dryers they provide in there laundry room never work , they cut water off to maintain the pipes but never notify there residents once had to go 3 days no water! And the foundation the buildings are on are not stable! This place should be condemned nothing is up to code!"
