"WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! Do not live here please!!! Don't ever step foot here waste of time and money. i wouldn't live here if the rent was free. I wrote a bad review on this place two years ago and my feelings for this place still stand the staff are rude and unprofessional they don't care about how they are perfectly okay having you spend your money on a apartment with roaches and missing kitchen drawers and broken dishwasher, the air conditioning only works to keep it super cold but never warm. ALSO if you end up dealing with a stalking or dangerous situation that makes it where you don't feel safe living there they will not help one bit they will make sure to have you come to the office 20 different times talk to 20 different people because someone got fired or they left or they are on lunch. Don't believe there smiles and nice words when you look at the apartment they are the worse just for the cherry on top after i moved out i got a mark on my credit for a charge for $220 dollars from them with no information on why never got a call or letter in the mail just messed my credit up and tried to suck me more dry of my money. i will make sure to tell every person i know not to live here ever you people have no respect for peoples time and living you are sick and only care about getting paid its sick and sad do better. Beware if you have animals to they have fleas in the grass i have a cat and some how got my whole apartment infested with fleas couldn't live here for a month or two. please don't waste your hard earned cash on these people."

"We just moved in here and they have a good service, they respond immediately if there is a complain. Vanessa is very nice, she help us with everything we needed. And Mr. Jose, the maintenance guy did an excellent job. Overall we are so satisfied to stay here and feel safe. Thank you fairway."

"The way the application process is handled is unprofessional and very misleading. How do you go from telling someone they have been approved but the apartment is not ready. Then when the new resident is persistent about getting rent pricing and move in date confirmed you turn around and tell them they aren't approved for the apartment. What the heck!! I suggest Corporate office go and train all office staff including that property manager on Customer Service. I hope they read this!"

"I was excited to move into this apartment at Fairway at Bellevue but 5 days after moving in I was served with a 3 day eviction notice because i had a bad check. The manager Jaycee didnt give me a chance to correct the situation. On top of the money owed they have charged me with a eviction filing fee which will make it even harder to pay. Now since then I have paid almost half of it. My car was towed from the parking lot which is not really clear, when your parking at night. The office did nothing to assist me nor try and lessen the charge that I owe. it has been a nightmare since Ive been here. I am posting this on google because I cant get any positive response from the Management nor corporate office. Maybe this will get their attention. My intentions were to move here and make this my permanent home, but I fear everyday what will happen next from the management. I am available to converse anytime to work out an arrangement."
