"We were originally scheduled to move in the end of December, when I found out I had to move sooner the office jumped through hoops to find us a unit earlier to accommodate. I have only dealt with Haydee in the office, she’s been amazing! We talked about some of the not so great reviews & the solutions they have in place. Any time a company sells out there is a transitional period where things can go wrong, I moved here as our company had a change of ownership so I get it. I have not seen the trash overflowing, or left on porches for more than a few hours, I also have not heard a single thing through the walls or neighbors. I did call the day after I moved in for a work order and it was fixed the very next day. I think the office staff has been great and very accommodating. The apartments are very nice! Inside and out. The school district is absolutely amazing, which was a major concern of mine. I would highly suggest moving here!"

"First off, we miss you ZRS Team! You were the most accommodating Property Management team we have ever worked with. The new company that took over the property, Price Realty Management, has only found ways to complicate and burden flawless processes. Seems as a lower quality of living after they have taken over. I will not name specific processes as it is not just one. The property remains the same. The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and very welcoming. Great neighborhood to walk, raise a family, and even make friends. Get it together Price Management. You are losing your loyal clients day by day. I would suggest searching Price's portfolio, and avoiding their homes moving forward. - Sam S."

"Please spend your money elsewhere. I don't have photos of the grass but they don't cut the grass frequently like the last apartment managers. Trash is always overflowing and throughout the parking lot, wasp nest always in hallways and on balconys. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors and the front door doesnt have a extra lock. Previous management took pride in the apperence and customer service of the property. This new company never answers the phones and when you ask them for something they forget. Pool music always on. God forbid if you get a pool unit and want to sleep. People party at the pool until 2-3 am. They do not enforce rules... Not worth $1700+. So ready to move, glad I didn't renew my lease. They are so focused on touring need to worry about the property and current tenants!"
