"Been to this property several times and I must say that have a very professional staff. Everyone there that I have had the contact with has been nice. The property is always well kept and you never see trash anywhere, plus the securygates actually work. If you are looking for a place to rent an apartment, I would definitely say check them out and see what they have to offer."

"I came to work in Houston Tx. I came from California. I had rented an apt online and when I got here the apartment was not ready and it was going to be ready in a week. I looked for more options and arrived at Olympus at Waterside Estate and the manager Regina helped me, although it was the weekend, she was able to contact the contractors and they had the apt ready in one day. Thank you very much and excellent service from the administration."

She goes out of her way to respond to residents needs and handles matters promptly and sufficiently. It has been a pleasure to see how much improvement has been made on the complex upon her arrival."

"My stay at Olympus at water side estates was far from satisfactory due to a multitude of issues that persisted throughout my time there. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the management team, particularly the Assistant Manager Imari and the Property Manager Razina, were not committed to providing a comfortable and well-maintained living environment. Imari's lack of politeness and unhelpful attitude was evident from the beginning. I encountered a major problem when water leaked into my apartment from the outside, damaging the floor. The maintenance team, after removing some floor sheets to assess the damage, assured me that they would replace the damaged floor, under the supervision of Manager Razina in her first week in the role. However, Razina failed to follow through with any solutions. I waited patiently for a month without any resolution, despite opening numerous service requests. I even reopened a service request when the floor problem persisted, but it was unfortunately ignored. To get their attention, I had to visit the leasing office almost twice a day. It took an excruciating five weeks for them to request an outside vendor to replace the floor. To make matters worse, the people replacing the floor carelessly walked all over the new flooring with sticky shoes, leaving an unsightly mess that I had to escalate to Razina and Imari. I also requested that they inspect the work while it was being done, but no one ever came. Subsequently, I requested a cleaning service due to the sticky residue left by the workers. Imari and Andrew came, but their cleaning attempts were insufficient. When I informed Imari about the persistent glue issue, her response was arrogant and disrespectful, stating, "We are not a maid service to clean your home." This was a direct result of their failure to supervise the floor replacement process. I escalated the issue to Manager Razina, who regrettably echoed Imari's unprofessional response. She assured me that cleaning services would be arranged, but she never followed through. In the end, I had to spend over two hours cleaning it myself, enduring the glue on my hands and feet as well as the bathtub while washing off the residue. On the day I moved in, I discovered dust inside the cabinets, washing machine, dryer, and an attempt to cover up floor issues with a mere spray, which did not address the underlying problems. My initial move-in experience was marred by these issues, and it only got worse from there. The patio and storage room were left in a deplorable state, even after numerous requests for cleaning. These issues included rusted metal cabinets, dirty dishwasher trays, black mold on air vents, and the lack of AC filters, which were only replaced after my request. The management's billing practices were highly questionable, including charging exorbitant fees for carpet cleaning, ozonework, and valet trash. I had to open numerous service requests and make multiple calls to address these issues during my stay and even after I moved in. This entire experience was a disheartening combination of negligence, lack of professionalism, and an utter disregard for the well-being and satisfaction of the tenants. The maintenance and management at [Apartment Name/Location] fell short in every possible way, and I strongly advise prospective renters to look elsewhere for a more considerate and competent living environment."
