"This place is gross...it was roach central USA. You'd expect a medical facility to smell and look clean. This place smelled like fried rice and had roaches everywhere. Additionally, the wait was very long, longer than I've ever waited at any urgent care. Needless to say, we did not have a good experience."
"Please choose somewhere else. Not only did they LEAVE AN ENTIRE PIECE OF ROCK in my son’s head and then stitch it shut with rock in it (forcing him to then go under anesthesia with a general surgeon to undo what they did), their billing and patient interactions and lacking. Every single time I have to call and get a reference # from my insurance saying I am covered for urgent care visits. They just don’t even want to look. They just want to charge the full visit every single time before I stand there and call because they won’t look it up. I don’t even have weird insurance, it’s just Blue Cross Blue Shield. When I asked for help, they have me a printout and told me to contact billing myself. Everyone has choices in healthcare, and I’ve given them more than enough chances to show competency and quality, and they just aren’t it."
"This is the only urgent care I take my kids to. First of all, it's 5 min from my house. Second, I can make an appt online or on their app. We are always seen within 15 min of waiting. The nurses are super super sweet and the doctors are beyond. Dr Julia Hodges was our Dr this last time being seen and she was so sweet and kind. Helped with any questions we had. Plus she called the next day to check on my daughter! I've never had an urgent care Dr call to check on my kids. Love this place!!"
