"First time to have to deal with this hospital and the girl who called us was so rude and had a bad attitude - I believe her name was something like Julissa in the Imaging department I booked my daughters appt at 1 on a Thursday - I was told to arrive at 12:45 to fill out paperwork We arrived at 12:30 - got the paperwork filled it out and sat and waited. My daughter started getting fussy due to it was getting close to her nap time - it was 1:19 and I went to the front and asked who I believe was Julissa just because of the attitude and she said well they know you are here but your appointment isn't until 1:30 - I am like NO - my appointment is at 1:00 - I set it at that time for a reason and I have the text message I was sent confirming the 1:00 appointment with it telling us to arrive at 12:45 with the address - she is a straight up B**** and does not need to be working in that field - she looked miserable - I feel if you don't like your job then find another one The only reason I didn't give a 1 star was because the lady who took the X-ray was so sweet and friendly - maybe she could give the other lady lessons on how to be nice and how to treat people"

Anyone who takes money from this organization needs to boycott it. Look at the data, it's alarming. Do what's right. Shame on you and your organization for promoting this. Make it stop and hold everyone who is letting this happen accountable."
"The Orthopedic staff was AMAZING. The entire staff was Wonderful from the time we walked in. I couldn't have been more happy with our visit. The facility was very clean. Overall 10 out of 10. I highly recommend"
