"My first apartment and the old owners/management were the best. Around March of 2022 EVERYTHING changed. The manager at the time was so rude and talked to you as if you were an inconvenience to her. I sent multiple messages and called many times and was ignored. Our unit was neglected, no pest control like they did once a month (lots of roaches) also we had bed bugs and management did nothing about it. Mind you we did not sign an addendum. Our filters used to be given to us once a month and we had no notice of any changes being made about that. Also our uc unit had been acting up as to our light bill going up racking $400 and of course they didn’t do anything until it broke down in the peak of summer and I had a newborn at the time. Air does not circulate to the upstairs bedroom so it is a sauna. Also mold in the vents that I had also mentioned & nothing was done. $1200 for a rundown apartment? Please, do not waste your time."
"The management office and especially Lucy are very responsive. Whenever I have had to reach out Lucy gets right back to me to answer my question or schedule an appointment for work to be completed. The maintenance crew headed by Jose is also very responsive and polite.The location of these apartments is very convenient also, it's a great place!"
"I've lived here since 2017 and I don't have a single complaint. Sandra and Miguel are so quick to get things fixed for us, and I love how our apartment is sprayed for insects once a month. I've barely seen a critter crawling about as a result! :) The area is pleasant too, and it's close to a lot of grocery stores and shopping centers. Overall, super glad to live here! :D Edit: Changing my review to 1 star, wish I could change to a negative 5 stars. Ever since management changed back in March nothing but problems have arose. Idk who the hell they have as office manager now but before the changeover we signed a contact for a fixed price on rent until March of 2023 but management keeps insisting we owe them more despite the official paperwork. Definitely going to speak to an attorney about it if this issue isn't being resolved. As for new residents, don't bother. Move to somewhere else."
"This is such a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The 2 bed 1.5 bath apartments are really spacious. I don’t have a single complaint. The Property Manager Sandra and the Maintenance Guy Miguel were really helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend for small families."
