"This place is in serious need of renovation. The apartments are livable at the most basic level. The parking lot is full of pot holes. I give it 3 stars because the inside of the apartments are actually kitschy and cute and honestly are pretty big, also prob the cheapest livable 2 bedroom in McAllen. But the outside are very sketchy looking. If you don't mind living in a criminal hot bed then move on in."
