"Great staff! Never had a problem in the 6+years living here. Anytime there was an issue they responded quickly. Staff very friendly and was a great price for a one bedroom apartment (good amount of space!) Very nice looking place and located near uptown and other restaurant areas. I would recommend this apartment complex!"
"Best apartment complex ever! I recommend, gated community, 24 maintenance and they are so quick to fix it. Manager sandy is the best and stephanie is always such a great help and very friendly. My favorite part is water and dryer are included!! Thank you paradise for everything keep it up"
"Been living at Paradise Village for 3 years now, and it’s a great peaceful environment. Quite at nights, neighbors never bother me. Landlord won’t check up on ya. If the landlord or maintenance needs to go into ur apartment, you will always get a 3 day notice ahead of time. And speaking of maintenance, great at fixing and coming at the times u request. Never had an issue with theft. Over all a great place to live at an affordable rate. I don’t plan on moving, until I buy a house, because it’s perfect in Paradise :)"
"These are great apartments in a great area. Office staff and maintenance are quick to respond to any issue. Lots of great greenery feels real fresh and relaxing. Would highly recommend to others!!"
"i absolutely loved living here. Everyone looks out for each other as a community. We had a 2 bedroom and loved our living space. Maintenance was prompt and front office staff is very nice and easy to deal with unlike other apartment complexes. The pool is nice during the summer time except sometimes it can be very crowded. Location is great and near everything."
