"Love the apartment complex and the management team, Anell has been very cordial, welcoming and helpful to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The apartment is very well located and has all the equipment needed on a daily basis. I recommend it!!"
"They are extremely unresponsive to maintenance issues. We've had the same ongoing issue with the dryer for nearly 2 years. We have resorted to taking our laundry off premises, which is both an additional cost and inconvienence, but who has 4 hours to dry 3 bath towels? DO NOT RENT HERE-they have terrible customer service."
"Management is not on top of anything. You’ll never get your deposit back in 30 days like they say you will. It’s been about 3 months now and I haven’t gotten mine back. They’re never in the office, never pick up a phone, and extremely lazy. I would not recommend staying here. They also have a bug problem. You could find way nicer for the price of these and for the poor management."
"Have been a tenant for almost two years now. The only issues we have are: However management is non existent. Whenever we have a issue or need something fixed it takes MONTHS. For the price of the unit, you would think they would want to make the tenants happy...that's not the case. The gym has multiple broken pieces of equipment which is a safety problem, on top of that they expect people to sanitize with stuff they bring. They do not provide sanitizer. Road way has some major issues and is uneven in one area which resulted in a popped tire! The gates where one time secure, one of the biggest reasons we rented here. However now it's just left open all the time. Parking and the pool are filled with nontenats. At this time it's not worth the rent you pay...which is about 1300 for a 2 bedroom New management has taken over and will not honor past agreements...this place is getting worse and worse by the month. Save your time and money and skip this place"
