"Location was great but the apartment was in somewhat unsatisfactory condition. It had been painted over so many times, one of the doors didn't close. Not just that but the apartment was infested with roaches and bedbugs. Pest control came and sprayed my apartment but every other unit in the building refused to have theirs sprayed so kinda pointless."
"Very specious. Close to everything on 10th street. New management is making updates & they are very helpful."
"As a starter apartment it was okay. The benefit was that it’s on 10 and HEB across the street. Downfall to the place was that it was INFESTED with roaches. Let the apartment managers know about the infestation. Was told it was covered. They would send someone to fumigate. the “exterminator” was the maintenance guy who came by and just put some powder in the cabinets, and was all. Roaches still there. Had to exterminate ourselves and even then did not work. They only have one parking spot. So your other vehicle has to park by the street. And walk to your apartments. They are big in size with lots of closet space, which was good for the price."
"I live at Rotal Oaks apts. With my family . I feel save and very Happy here. My children love the.big.Halloween party they have for them every year lots of door prices and food at a local place.next to the apartments. Staff is very nice and take care of all our requests .HEB is across the street. Ill stay here till I buy a new house."
"Roach-lizard Infested, OLD, it was a supposedly remodeled apartment but the sewage comes out from the toilet and bathtub. All kinds of roaches come out from the walls. It's a public dump. Rude owners and employees. They get mad to be asked to repair the shabby place. I come from NYS, the rent it's not cheaper than my hometown. What a BIG MISTAKE I made thinking it would be like Florida."
