"This is one of the best places I ever lived and would live again. Great location, no pests (they come once a month to spray), amazing courtyard (with bbq pit’s), laundry, COKE MACHINE (omg a save from going to the corner store), park across the street and so much more. The landlords are such amazing people I learned ALOT FROM THEM and this is a real hidden gem. I recommend it here because the gates only allow the owners key. Loved it there and really has a place in my heart."
"I lived there for about a year and I must say the landlords were very understanding and always attended to any issues for all the tenants, I recommend anyone who is of quite living and who likes their privacy who is looking for a calm quiet place to live to check la fontina apartments, best place I've rented!"
