"STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. “What a disappointment!!! This apartment was DIRTY & GROSS! Not the apartment advertised for rent. FALSE ADVERTISED!! All the appliances were broken, dirty, or worn out! Kitchen fridge was old and molded and then replaced, stove was broken then replace with another broken one. Tiles around apartment were cracked. Floors were filthy. Bathrooms are filthy! Maintenance requests go unresolved or unanswered. Staff are unprofessional and don't communicate anything except RENT IS DUE! Way Too expensive for such a poorly maintained home and apartment grounds. Will not rent this property after my lease is over or recommend to anyone! Stay Away"

"The WORST property management company I have EVER worked with. If you you are looking for a company to manage your investment property stay FAR AWAY from Magnolia Rentals. I have been working with Tommy Vela since earlier this year and their have been issues throughout the entire process. They act like they own your property and make decisions without your permission. They use the excuse that they have the right to expense anything under $500 as a way to bill you for any service without your approval. On several occasions he has gone against my instructions and requests. The last straw was a request he asked if I wanted to make and I told him "No" and he still did it anyway. They are very unprofessional and the communication is the worst. I constantly had to reach out to Tommy on numerous occasions to receive a response via email and he never picks up his phone. I was fed up and could not take it anymore so I fired Magnolia Rentals."
