"Recently we received notice on Referral for 250$ for any person that moves into the apartments. As much as I appreciate the changes being made in the complex. I wanted to express my concern with Work Orders and more importantly Emergency Work Orders. While Management and/or Maintenance person in charge of overseeing Current and Paying Tenants such as myself not having to Post in this case re-post as this is my second post get online in order to have anything done. While I understand remodeling is important I’m pleading and reminding Management that Im living here now. I don’t think working on current work orders to be an impossible task which seems to be placed last on the work agenda. I placed an Emergency work order on November 27th for flickering lights which have been “ Successfully Completed “ according to Maintenance. Which brings the question how am I supposed to invite anyone to move into the empty apartments which are being worked on if me as a current tenant can’t get an Emergency Work Order even looked at? Why invite more people to make more orders if Current and past work orders aren’t being fixed or even looked at? I really hope it doesn’t take for me to write a post every time my work orders are being ignored. But, I don’t mind if it’s what it comes to. Whatever happened to office hours? Because getting a hold of Management or in the office during office hours is a challenge as well. Truly Yours, The Forgotten Tenant"
"I’ve been moved in for about 2 months now, I was so lucky to find a place that’s so spacious! Betty was so helpful I had to move out in a day she helped me with everything and made sure I was moved in by that same day! It’s rare to find people who genuinely care and help others so I’m pleasantly surprised they have that type of management here. Also maintenance is awesome! Kevin and tacho are always so friendly and made sure all my work orders were done that same day. All of the hard work does not go unnoticed thank you management and maintenance for turning this place around in such a short amount of time!"
