"Let me start by saying - you won’t find a modernized apartment like these else where! You get a washer & dryer in your apartment, modern flooring through out, stand up showers with glass doors, ginormous mirrors in the bathrooms, led lights throughout with a white and yellow option in the bathrooms and amazing amenities that are always maintained. I love that the community is gated and cameras are everywhere so if anything happens they can see what happened. The staff are very professional and nice. It’s a great place for families! Anytime I have an issue I know that I can count on the staff to help. Maintenance is a priority here along with the care of the property. I am glad I chose to live here!"

"I have been living here since they first opened up back in Sept. I have never had a single issue and the staff here is great! As a mom to kids I love this community! Some people were not following the rules of the community so stricter rules were set and it’s a good thing cause it wouldn’t be fair for everyone to loose privileges to the amenities all cause others couldn’t follow basic rules. The kitchen & living area is big! You get a lot of space for the price you pay! Compared to other places this community is very modern & always taken care of! I’ve recommended this place to many people and they’ve loved it here too!"

"Warning if you’re looking for a new place to stay, stay away from here because this is not the place for you. For one the one bedroom apartment restroom door that connects to the bedroom is a sliding door that doesn’t lock. If you have guests over it makes using the restroom uncomfortable for the lack of privacy. Another problem is for some reason there always seems to be kids playing around on the street and running around by the cars where they can easily get hit by a car or damage a car as well. The amenities seem awesome, but once you try to use them you’ll soon realize that many of them are broken or not working such as, broken video game controllers, pool sticks, cue balls and arcade machine’s . It seems just about everything in the game room is unusable. They tried to fix this issue by not allowing guests after 10PM in the game room, but have just made the whole situation a major inconvenience as the gym is connected to the game room, so if you’re not careful and in the game room for a little too long a “staff” member may approach you and attempt to escort out. They have also stated that if these issues continue the gym will no longer operate 24 hours. For the steep price of 1,288 dollars a month for a one bedroom you really expect more and not to have to deal with these inconveniences and issues."
