"I was looking for an apartment complex that is modern. Is located in a acccessible part of the city and is affordable and found these apts. I walked in and talked to the staff and they all seemed very knowledgeable and genuenly nice and friendly. Showed me my options and i was quite pleased with the way they treated me. These are my #1 choice. I still need to see a few more but i doubt i’ll find something of this calliber nearby."

"To start off the bumps as you drive in are horrible. Maintenance takes forever to get to your place to fix anything wrong. And the manager Carlos who also lives there does not know how to manage the place... The pool is always closed, even in spring time and summer. They don't even have assigned parking spaces. It's just ridiculous. Sometimes there's people with like 3 or 4 vehicles which they do not use just there taking up space. I do not recommend this place at all.."
