"I'm not so sure about the negative reviews on here, but I could not disagree more. The community is clean, quiet, safe. Children play, joggers, senior morning walkers. Homeowners keep their curbsides tidy and manicured The HOA sprays for pests, security patrols but not so much that it seems "unsafe". Our home is beautiful, and have not had any problems thus far, but NO HOME IS TOTALLY PERFECT. The clubhouse manager is nice and friendly. There are no homes available for sale or rent... so what does that tell ya?!"

"Do NOT buy in this neighborhood. The houses are built so poorly. I've known numerous people in the neighborhood whose homes have leaky roofs and walls, from not being built properly. The houses are built on foundations that haven't had proper drying time, so you end up with cracks in your home. They say you can't have aggressive dog breeds, unless you pay for a piece of paper saying the dog is a therapy dog; so, it makes it okay. They won't even pursue making you prove its a therapy dog, even if it's aggressive. It doesn't even matter if your dog wasn't a therapy dog prior to moving in; just buy the paper and they will leave you alone. They claim you can only have two dogs, but still allow people to have three. The pool house always has loud parties, and now movie nights, so if you live near the pool, you are screwed from having peaceful evenings in the Summer. Also, don't count on your house selling when it's time to move, because everyone else is trying to move out too. Seriously, I've lived in a lot of places, and this has been by far the worst of them all. Just because it's gated, does not make it nice."
"Beautiful houses, very quiet and safe area! They have a gym and pool for the community which is amazing. I love this place, too bad I had to move but I'll be back!"
