"Just recently moved in. Management is super friendly and so is the maintenance. Ellie has been nothing but kinda and respectful. Any questions you have to ask she will answer is very patient and understanding. The maintenance team is also very friendly. Especially Luis they have been nothing but helpful and welcoming."
"I have never lived in these apartments but a few friends of mine have, friends that I visited quite frequently, and they seem decent. Definitely not the nicest buildings but I believe they're in the process of renovating. But way too many speed bumps in the parking lot. I get it, slow down and don't run over people, but I don't need yall to spill every drink my car with your various (extremely crooked) speed bumps to get me to slow down. Just put up a 5mph speed limit sign or something. To get to my buddies apartment in the very back of the complex, to go in and out I hit a total of I think 8 or 9.... super annoying, and I can't imagine how aweful it must be for anyone with a lowered car. That and the super outdated bathrooms have to be the 2 biggest downsides."
"Do not I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Constant water shutoffs without any notices, no hot water, extreme mold in the toilets, the bathtub starts to peel and they expect you to pay for it despite just using soap and water to wash yourself, management is NEVER PRESENT! they don’t answer phone calls or get back to you, the walls are extremely thin so you hear people doing strange stuff late at night, if you disagree with management just once they will make your life living hell by being rude to you and have a bias, there’s a cop that lives here they give discounts to and have everyone else on watch. It’s completely corrupted and feels unsafe.also be careful yall they have friends and family lie in reviews DO. Not. LIVE HERE!!!"
