"I moved in last march. The manager we spoke to then was wonderful and handle my issues with no complaints. The new managers they brought in are non helpful and I’ve had so many issues already. They took the emergency maintenance hotline off of the website. If any issues were to occur, you would be on your own to handle it until the next business day. I had many unresolved issues with neighbors, even with video proof, they were ignored. I’m moving out at the end of this month gladly. Don’t move in here unless you’re prepared to have no management help. They had Showings while I WAS IN MY APARTMENT! Had I been home alone with my daughter, it could’ve ended badly. Don’t trust the new management. Unless you’re someone that’s okay with knowing management won’t be helpful at all."

"Extremely horrible place to live, no communication whatsoever. Extremely overpriced for the quality of apartment. They showed me an apartment that was very nice and moved me into one that looked not even similar to the one they showed me and when I complained they said I could move into that one but it was gonna cost more even though it was supposed to be a set rate and the advertisement did not match what I received. I have asked for the whole year for them to make sure all the outlets work and they still do not. I addressed issues about the residents that live there I have made noise complaints. They do nothing. I have let them know for months that I will not be renewing and they still are trying to charge me after giving them notice multiple times that I will not be staying here longer than my lease. It really has been the worst apartment experience for myself as full time student and full time employee. Please do not for the love of God sign a lease or rent an apartment here. Save yourself the trouble."

"I have been living at La Cima apartments for almost a year and it is a calm, peaceful, and great place to live. The property is always well kept and clean. What I appreciate the most is having great management on site. I have lived in other apartments where management is hard to reach or is blatantly careless, but not at La Cima. The property manager Krystal is always attentive and caring to resident needs and concerns and will go above and beyond to help resolve any issues."

"We moved in back when it was The Cellar. The staff was very kind and attentive. Then they sold the property to Sunridge, and changed it to La Cima. Everything went downhill from there, they don’t seem to hold a property manager for a consistent time. They don’t care for their tenants, instead of making you feel at home they make it feel like they want to kick you out. I feel bad for the maintenance guy because all the work falls on him. We moved out and they kept most of our deposit because we “didn’t sweep or Mop the floors”, they gave us back $17.59, really!? they are thieves. So, the apartments look nice, but they are rotten to the core, Spend your money somewhere else."
