The Leasing Staff welcomed me with customer satisfaction to the fullest. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking."

"Honestly I was just apartment shopping in the area and went down to see how these were. The lady at the front desk was very unkept and so much so didn’t tell me the good things about the apartment. It’s a complete joke and they won’t take you seriously. TRASH EVERYWHERE on the side of the apartment and some of the apt buildings had such a ghetto vibe to it; tires on balconies, I saw they had no AC on the reviews so I did digging and saw atleast 3 buildings with their own set up from the windows. Unprofessional staff, they had such a short attention span in trying to atleast keep me there or interest me. The lady who I was with kept walking away and speaking to a friend in the other room with the door open talking about who knows what. Made me look like a fool waiting for her to get back just to tell her I was leaving. For an apartment employee to have her hair in a way as she just woke up and taking me lightly, I would never come here and rent."

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. First of all, I’m sitting here after three days with no hot water and it seems like that’s not a priority for them. Our bathroom smells like sewage!! It has for the past month. We’ve reported this, but nothing has been done. Its gotten so bad, we’re contemplating legal avenues because I’m getting sick from the smell. Highly doubt anything will be done, like nothing was done about our AC. Imagine having no AC during the hottest weeks of the summer! Do they care? Nope. The people at the office will give you an attitude whenever you bring up their shortfalls. If I had their names, I’d list them. The two pools they advertise? They only opened ONE in September. Because that makes so much sense. Bugs. So many bugs. They come and spray but nothing changes. They just disappear for a few days and come back full force. Don’t believe Me? Read the other reviews. Don’t even bother with renting here. We have a 9 month lease, and we can’t wait to leave. I would never recommended anyone live here. If the office staff was nicer, I’d have given maybe two stars but their attitudes are atrocious! I’ve never met such sassy leasing staff. You can clearly tell they hate their jobs."

"I moved in in April... I have not had AC the entire time I've lived here. I have 2 babies and the apartment has been at or above 90 degrees the entire time. My poor kids wake up covered in sweat every morning. I called two weeks after i moved in about the garbage disposal not working and that has never been repaired either. Every time I call the office they tell me they have no idea when the AC will be fixed & there is no credit or discount they can give on rent because "AC has nothing to do with rent" i would have never rented here if i knew there was no AC so that makes no sense.... the gym has been shut down, I've never seen the "billiards room", the two "amazing" pools that they show have not been opened all summer and wont be opened either.... another reason i wanted me & my kids to live here. So at first the rent seems reasonable for all the accommodations, however, there actually are NONE.... this place is a joke and i cannot wait to move out. If you don't mind sweating to death doing every day tasks then this place should be fine. Wish i could give negative stars."

"Wish I could say something positive. When I signed lease loved the amazing views and 70s vibe. Well it ends there. My most recent issue... the 2 huge pools are not open and we are told won't be opened. I believe that is a violation of the lease agreement. I have never had hot water in my bath tub. I have to heat water and add it. They don't .tell you that you are sharing hot water with your neighbors. Too much to mention, just believe me don't sign lease. Only positives the view. Update one week later. We were without hot water for 3 days. Now June 19, 2023 we have been without air conditioning for 3 days I remind you this is El Paso in June Temps are close to 100. Office told me this afternoon that they can't find part for the old unit. So no end in sight. The 2 swimming pools, which would help with cooling off are both black and disgusting. We were told the pools would not be opened all summer. This is crazy! I'm at my wits end!"
