"Maintenance never responds and in the unlikely chance they do, they leave the job half done. Apartments are too small for their ungodly high rent. They towed my truck even though it was on the lease agreement without any warning or reason. They didn't turn my AC on until April so it was reaching 100 degrees inside. However, you do get free security with the constant police presence."

"I stayed at this apartment complex for about 10 months. There was miscommunication with staff where I received a bill the first of the month but it was not the full price needed although it was paid I was faced with the consequences of being evicted from management mishap. I got in touch with management and told her when I got paid but still was evicted. Manager seems to have attitude if you may want to break your lease agreement from my experience after going home to bury a loved one. I say this due to my own experience. Management at one point was better than recently but management changes and so does manager attitudes toward certain situations. Your water is included with bill but has a tendency to go up even if your not living there. I stayed in a apt and left the 15th of the month and my bill was approximately 48 dollars, which is higher than staying there a whole month. I think u pay the community water bill rather than your own usage of water. So if anyone moves out without paying their water bill will be higher than normal. I recommend not staying here to many issues you may face. I’m currently still trying to contact the company complex and have left messages on answer machine and got no response. My lease was to be over on Sept 15 but I was charged about 2400 for the remaining months and was evicted mid month in July, which I left me with only two months left. U.S Army Veteran"
