"Terrible and cheating apt. - cheating on the water bill (they did the same with almost my neighbors) (my water bill jumped x3 without any explanation after 3 months live there to compare with the first 3 months) - holding the deposit n credit it back to....their website account. You cant withdraw or contact them via phone or email. The check of the deposit (they said they will send by check) never comes even waiting for 4 months. - never come to fix lock, light, heater even requesting for 5 months - noisy at midnight by the upper floor unit - burned/smoke smell over the heat/AC - no walking path in front of my unit - ko lối đi - pets waste re every where even in front of the kitchen window. - old n expensive - cheating on the deposit"

"I do not recommend this apartments to no one. I was living there from 2020 to 2022. I received the apartment with no A/C unit until it hit October 2021. Then the carpet rip from me cleaning and they would fix it, but they were going to kick me and my family out. Then each time I would go and have my dogs for a walk I would have one person from maintenance keeping an eye on me to make sure I clean after my dogs, eventhough I did clean after my dogs, but they would never tell the other tenants which at the end I couldn't take my dogs out cuz I was feel harass. Next and last thing was the my dogs bit off the wall off cuz they were stress out cuz they couldn't go out. I contacted them to come in and fix the wall and they told me and my partner the same thing as from the carpet, they would fix it but we had to leave with in the next week. My partner and I had to buy materials to cover the wall. We even offered them that we would pay more for the rent, yet they said no. In reality they only care about the money, not the tenants."

"Never move here. I've lived here for 6 months so far. Everything keeps breaking and the workers avoid you. When I first moved in I put in a work order to take down the blinds n fix the doors. That was August we are almost in January. Can't take a bath because there's a leak that they won't fix and it's supposed to be highly dangerous because of the wiring??? But you won't fix it? The people here are rude beyond belief and they add random charges to your account. We pay 825 rent+40 utilities this month we paid over a 1000$ pest control fee when no pest people have been out to my place. 100+$ utilities and a 900+ rent fee???? Like huh everything has been the same since we moved in so no reason it should've upped. They also charge us for late fees that we aren't supposed to have because we pay the 1st when it's due. There's always police and ambulances out here and everything"

"Terrible customer service from the manager she is highly unprofessional. The bathtub cracked the first day I stepped in it I weigh roughly 140 lbs if that and it cracked under me. I immediately let them know they said they would have it fixed but for over a month got no follow-up just on that day maintenance did come and check on the tub and said it would be fine to use and they'd let us know. Eventually, my husband and I noticed a smell in the living room we moved our couch to find mold caused by the water leaking from the crack in the tub. We had to throw away our couch. we immediately let them know but it took about 3 or 4 days for a carpet cleaner to come they still haven't fixed this tub. They have us showering in a vacant apartment next door but then the maintenance people threw away our showering stuff and they have the nerve to give us attitude when we complain. They still haven't decided on a vendor and can't give us an estimated date for when it will be fixed this is not the only issue with this place. If you're thinking about moving here don't nothing will ever get fixed and they never actually clean apartments before providing them to tenants they just cover issues with paint."

"I just moved in and regret it! My apartment was not move in ready at the time they showed me a different apartment. The window in my apartment was broken and is still broken all they did was cover it up. I have been living here for 2 weeks already and no window. My garbage disposal also is not working and there is water damage in the ceiling in hallway and closet. The outlets were not placed in right which is dangerous. They still have not made any repairs for 3 weeks already. I am going to move out as soon as I can."
