"I’d been highly satisfied with my stay at Independence Place. The unit i was in was fresh, and i took pride to leave it in the same condition for the next tenant. Thanks to the responsive maintenance team, my appliances & A/C stayed on point. Neighbors stayed to themselves. It's a pet friendly community and never any loose animals. It’s a small community so I’d suggest if you have a dog, always pick up after your little companion; they conveniently have dog bags and trash bins, no excuses. Lastly, the customer service was an A+. The leasing office answered promptly every time i called and always had a helpful answer for my questions. Thank you for being pet-friendly and flexible to my military career."

"I lived here for about 10 months. The apartments are very close to Fort Bliss for those in the military as I am. One of the things that really got me is trash management and cleanliness of hallways and stairways. There needs to be a deliberate effort to clean these common areas. My neighbors had a bad habit of leaving trash bags in front of their doors. This really got on my nerves. The rooms are not big either. Overall fairly decent apartments with a pool,basketball court, and children play area."
