"Every year there is issues with the water heater in my Apt. Maintenance came 11/18 spend about 2 hrs fixing it, I get home and there is still no hot water. Long story short we have been with no hot water since yesterday morning 11/26 and the office manager responded at 7pm last night that she would put a work order in and it’s Sunday 11/27 2:30pm and no one has came to fix it! It’s too cold to be taking cold showers and it almost seem they don’t care."
