"Cecelia and blanca at the front office are both very nice and professionals, during my time there (Apt 132) i had no issue nor complaints all maintenance request were always completed in a timely manner, so im honestly shocked with all the reviews i see since i personally never experience anything like the other reviews. The reason for my 1 star review is due what happen after i moved. During the first week of AUG 2023 i was given PCS orders, as soon as i got the orders, i took it to the leasing office and i did all require paperwork with blanca and gave them a copy of my military orders to break the lease. She assured me everything was good. After about two month later after i have moved i received an email stating i had a remaining balance, i immediately called the front office to see what the email was about, blanca was the person i spoke to and stated she remember me and she also found it weird and stated that it’s incorrect and she will reach out to someone about the issue and give me a call back. After a few hour blanca called me back and stated it was a mistake on their end that she corrected it and i should be good now. After not hearing anything else from it i figure i was good. Until recently that i check my credit report i see their a collection from them. I would advised to anyone that is military to get actually documents from them whenever interacting with them and what was discussed in case this same situation happens to them. If it wasn’t for this issue i would have posted 5 stars."

"Cecy at the front desk is very nice... don't make the mistake I made tho. This place is infested with roaches. Yes they'll come and spray every 3 months but that dont make up for the amount of dead roaches I had to sweep up every day. Maintenance takes it's time when something is broken or needs to be fixed. Been 3 months since I addressed my toilet not flushing correctly, it still don't. It took almost a month for them to come fix a leaking pipe that has my floor and walls rotted.. also was told the pool would be ready for the summer it's already the end of Sept and they still haven't opened the pool because they didn't pass inspection. Still paying rent which I'm sure includes a premium for them having a pool. Was told they were also making a gym on the property, that also was a lie. Overall it is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. It's a shame they have to lure people in with false information. I do not recommend this property."

"We have been without a heater going on 2 months now. They provided us portable heaters that would cause the circuit breaker to overload and we are not able to use them. We returned the heaters to the office. It is starting to get hot outside and we can't turn on the air conditioner. This is ridiculous. Plus maintenance is spitting sunflower seeds in the heater area. That is just disgusting if I did not look I wouldn't have known. This is beyond ridiculous why do I have to call every week for this to get fixed. Rent here if you want to deal with this."

"I would advise everyone to really take these reviews seriously. Been living here since the beginning of Summer. We got one of the show rooms that was supposed to be “clean and ready for move in.” Some cabinets had food in them, toilet kept running, water heater in the kitchen leaking and water damage, everything (kitchen counter and cabinet, bathroom sink and tub) painted white with residue of hair and other gunk so it looks dirty all the time. They have new maintenance that comes by and they have been very helpful and respectful. The laundry mat is not well taken care of so we are forced to use an outside laundry mat. Talking to a lot of neighbors there is a lot of issues here and it’s pretty disturbing how some of them are left to survive. About every week we see people moving in and immediately moving out the following week. Also yes there is a roach issues but mostly in our apartment they crawl out and die so it’s not that bad. Then there are dog owners who leave their animals poop on the rocks and in the different sections you can sit and hangout at. Maintenance tries their best to help clean it up but it should really be cleaned up by the owners. They provide trash bags so there is no excuse. The one thing that sold us for this place was the pool and was disappointed to find out that they won’t have it open this year or next, because of that we as tenants need to be compensated for having to go pay to swim at a water park or local swimming pool. No gym. Other than that this place is a hit or miss and have to make it work for you. Definitely take photos and document everything when moving in and out."

"Make sure you thoroughly read each review. Mold. Roaches. Feces. Vacated apartments that have been turned into landfills. Although maintenance (Fernie) tries hard, it's challenging when there are so many problems in so many apartments and there's constantly changing of staff. * Despite it being 90 degrees in our house, they told us air conditioning wasn't their priority. * Over a year passed without a functioning tub. Despite repeated requests for parts, they either never showed up or there was a new maintenance person who used it before it reached us. * During our stay, we were without a dish washer most of the time. Our dishes melted when we did try, and they did not return after they came to see what the problem was. We moved out of our apartment with mold growing on our dish washer. * We had a leaking bathroom sink for months. They didn't fix it, so we had to place a bucket under the sink. However, there was flooding under the floor boards leading into the bedrooms and into the neighbors' apartments below. Our issues were never resolved because we never saw the same consistent people when we visited the office. There was even a solid month they had no one working there and the office was closed. Not that you would know the difference because they never answered their phone anyways. Their first apartment experience truly made my kids feel like they were living in a nightmare. It was too difficult for them to sleep because they were being attacked by bugs. Despite the numerous situations, I'm not interested in continuing to talk about them. So please. Go somewhere else and save your breath and time. It is only a matter of time before this place is condemned. *** Before the company comments, to “email them so they can assist.” It's not necessary for you to do anything for me, and it's not possible for you to do anything for me.
