North Loop Apartments

"Was hoping to leave a positive review and ignore any bad experiences we encountered during our 2 and a half year stay here but the staff made sure to change my mind. Complained about the upstairs neighbors intentionally being loud (have video proof of it) and their response was to only give verbal warnings to them and for us to get offered to move to another apartment having to pay for a whole new deposit, rent increase and start a whole new year contract. We encountered mold in our restroom that would only get painted over by the maintenance crew, who’s maintenance crew manager is actually friendly. One of the staff members was caught by our camera going through my wife’s purse in our apartment while we weren’t there, and we chose to just let it go once we talked to the manager and they apologized, but this wasn’t even enough, apparently, for us just to get treated kindly when we chose to move out months later after we couldn’t tolerate the upstairs neighbors anymore. When we put our two month notice we were “helped” by Desi who only told us to sign and didn’t provide any instructions when asked if that was it. We later asked for move out instructions from Fabiola who only told us we needed to have the carpet professionally cleaned and gave us written instructions on how the apartment should be cleaned. After the move out we were charged for an extra day for not turning in the keys the way they wanted us to, even though there were no instructions on it. After we argued the charge we were also charged an extra month by “mistake” but for some reason they wouldn’t refund it until they checked everything they needed to in the apartment. This is what did it for me to give this bad review. Don’t move into these apartments unless you plan on staying here forever, the moment you decide to leave and give your 2 month notice they will take it personal and will try getting every last cent they can from you while making your move out process frustrating instead of thanking you for your business."

The staff is very nice and understanding also maintenance is on top of every work order. the apartments are very affordable and give a cozy home feeling and the area is also very nice and peaceful with a great selection of community amenities."

"The office personnel go above and beyond to ensure that the community feels at home. If something breaks or needs fixing maintenance is on it. We’ve been able to share Easter, Halloween and Christmas fun filled events with our neighbors all thanks to The North Loop apartments and staff. Most places you won’t see many of your neighbors but here it’s been friendly. From having security lockers for your delivery packages to a gym which is a huge plus. The North Loop apartments have been our home for almost 2 years now and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment."

"Me and my girlfriend have been moved in for a little under a month and what can we say? It's a beautiful place to live! The price we pay compared to other complexes and what they offer is unmatched. The staff was extremely cooperative and made it super easy to move in. Maintenance is also really well done, there is never any trash if ever on the ground. The complex is always really tidy. It's really hard to beat this place."
