"I tried to contact the front desk no one ever answers. I even gone there the office was Locked when it was open hours."
"I'm sure this is a wonderful place but asked to have a tour and even did the application (paid fee). I have heard nothing back going on 2 weeks. I needed to make arrangements but was waiting for their response. Still waiting. Update: They called and the application was misplaced for another property and they made the process very easy after that."
"Nice looking apartments and. townhouses. Small play area for children. Pool area, pet friendly with an adequate number of waste stations. Maintenance of common areas somewhat lax in that pet waste isn't policed. Inadequate number of trash dumpsters."
"Absolutely love the staff here, the manager made me feel welcome up upon move in and this still to this day. Maintenance is awesome put in a work order and the before the end of the day it was completed. Love the Pool, the gym & I love my gated community. Great place to live for my first time on my own. Most Definitely would refer my friends and family to live here!!"
"These apartments are horrible!! First of all when we first moved in it wasnt even clean there was hair in the cabinets from the bathroom DISGUSTING... Then there were always roaches despite the fact they had pest control(not to mention they would sometimes skip a month despite the fact they always charged it in your rent every month). Also they use to shut off the water for hours and not even notify you till you called! It sucks because they were still constructing more apartments even though theres not even enough parking for the tendants that already live there! Its really ridiculous because we would have to park real far from our building in the afternoon and they still plan to build more... They are real unprofessional and nothing LUXURY about it lol... OH AND ALSO KEEP IN MIND WHEN YOU MOVE OUT IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT AND EVEN THEN YOU DONT GET YOUR FULL $200 BACK BUT SINCE YOUR SO FED UP WITH CALLING AND THEM REJECTING YOUR CALLS YOUR SO DONE WITH THEM AND ACCEPT ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU. Trust me when i say you can find something better. Only thing professional is the maintenance man that was always getting things done shout out to him for actually doing his job!"
